Who handles your data

The data controller is UAB Motociklų nuoma, company number 303091638, P. Lukšio g. 7, LT-08221 Vilnius, Lithuania. For personal-data questions, contact info@bikerent.lt.

What we use and why

We process contact, reservation and billing information you provide to answer enquiries, arrange and fulfil motorcycle rentals, and issue invoices. This can include your name, email, phone, address, date of birth and reservation details. Account information supports sign-in and reservation form prefilling. Technical sign-in and request information supports security and abuse prevention. Relevant processing relies on performing a contract, legal obligations or our legitimate interest in securing the service; where consent is required, we request it separately.

Optional Google sign-in

Google sign-in is optional. When you use it, Bikerent receives your verified email address, first and last name, and a unique Google account identifier. We use these details to create or identify your Bikerent account and help fill in your reservation details. We do not receive your Google password or access to Gmail, Drive or Contacts, and we do not store your Google profile photo. We do not use Google account data to build advertising profiles. You can manage Google access in your Google Account settings. You may also sign in by email or book without an account. Google’s services are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers and retention

Information necessary to provide the service may be shared with our hosting, email and payment providers, and with authorities where legally required. Google verifies identity for Google sign-in; Stripe processes card payments when selected. We use information only for the purposes described here. Account details remain until you delete your account. Account deletion does not automatically delete separate reservation or invoice records: we retain these as necessary to fulfil contracts, meet legal obligations and handle claims. Technical information is retained only as needed for its purpose.

Your rights and cookies

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing or request portable data where these rights apply. You may withdraw consent. Contact info@bikerent.lt; you may complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate. Our cookie policy explains cookies and your choices. The existing website consent tool manages cookie preferences.
